$15 · Black Copper Maran and Silverudd's Blue Isbar chicks

Just hatched on May 23, these chicks are adorable and ready to go. They will still need heat for a few more weeks. Silverudds Blue (Isbar) chickens are a beautiful rare breed, and they lay green eggs. They come in blue black or splash with either silver or gold birchen markings. The Isbar is a cold hardy breed which produces 170-200 eggs per year. Isbars lay a very generously sized egg for their smaller stature. They are thrifty and easy keepers. Black Copper Marans are beautiful black chickens with feathered legs. They are renowned for their very dark brown/chocolate-coloured eggs. All Marans birds lay a dark brown egg, but the Black Copper is sought after for its' egg color being especially 'chocolate-y'. The Maran is an average layer in quantity, but the quality of the egg is said to be unsurpassed. Selling straight-run chicks (unsexed) for $15 each.
