Street Sweeper Operator

With customer service and safety as our focus, we are looking for a part time, energetic and driven, Class 5 Truck Driver with an Air Brake Endorsement to support our growing company. With an eye to continued growth and steady employment, we offer the following: * A healthy and safe workplace culture * Well-maintained equipment The Opportunity Responsible for the operation and maintenance of a commercial sweeper. Duties * Operate commercial sweeper for sweeping services through various capacities Requirements * Must have valid Class 5 License with Air Brake Endorsement. * Clean Driving Record and Drivers Abstract. * Ability to perform physical exertions such as repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling items that weight up to 30 pounds as part of their daily routine * 1-2 years of previous commercial driving experience * Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent decision making and multi-tasking skills * Ability to work alone with little supervision * Must be able to complete work in a timely fashion while maintaining utmost standards * Ability to follow specified guidelines and safety procedures * Must maintain a professional appearance * Ability to perform physical requirements of the position * Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas/ operate GPS Coastal Power Sweeping is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
