Night Clerk

ColdStar Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join their growing team. This is a graveyard position and will report directly to the Lead Hand and Terminal Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, detail oriented, personable, a problem solver, flexible, work well under deadlines, and proficient with Microsoft Office. The shift will start at 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and is permanent full-time in the Cassidy Terminal. Responsibilities · Answering phone calls and inquiries from customers, · Entering data into customer spread sheets, · Verifying accuracy and completeness of data, · Organizing the office and maintaining backups for incoming invoices, · Assisting with dispatching and supervising warehouse, · Routing drivers for deliveries with lead hand direction · Dealing with high volumes of paperwork, · Providing on-going customer service, including greeting and assisting customers for pick-ups & drop offs. Qualifications · Some office experience, · Experience using Microsoft Office, · Certificate in Office Administration, an asset, · Knowledge of freight/wholesale/warehouse industry, an asset.
