$25 · 2 & 3.5 Year Old Male Rat Brothers

The price is a place holder as I must list one. I will not be charging you anything for them if the situation works out. This is not a regular rehoming AD. I have two boys left from my usual large group. 1 is significantly younger and I worry he will be solo within the next 6 months to a year when his brother passes away. They are both adopted from the SPCA and I have been unable to find a group they are willing to bond with, younger purchased rats wouldn't work due to the age difference and I try to only adopt anyway. I'm looking for another rat savvy owner with a group of males they would like to grow to see if we can get my boys to bond with theirs and secure a home that won't lead to depression in the younger one from being solo eventually. I am willing to give both my boys up now, if that's what it takes to secure my youngest with a healthy and social rest of his life. They are my everything. I will pay for medical expenses they require as they age, and request that I receive their ashes back when they eventually pass on. Matcha is the younger of the two, he's very social and likes to play outside the enclosure with me. Taro is older and as his previous homes were not the best he has issues with being handled but will adventure around in a secure play area once he becomes comfortable. They are semi litter trained, they only go on the lower left of the enclosure or in the litter box which is on that same side. I am looking for serious rat owners that understand why I am looking to do this, would not be opposed to me visiting them on occasion and work with me through their bonding experiences so I may take them home if the situation does not work out. I am comfortable bringing paperwork to be signed and witnessed in regards to everything stated here.
