(I will not ship this item) ($2800.00) "A VERY RARE" VeloSolex Pli-Solex Model 5000 - 1974. ------------------------------ The VERY RARE Pli-Solex. This one is the folding version of the smaller VeloSolex "5000". The frame folds in the centre,the handlebars,seat,and engine may be removed to allow for easier transport or storage. This Pli-Solex is 99% complete and origional. The number of Pli-Solex produced is estimated to be 4000. I know of only 3 others in Canada. Runs well and has not been restored. Missing only a small knurled nut for the seat support. This part can possible be found online or could easily be reproduced. The origional chrome is also missing from the headlight housing. The last one that I saw for sale on E-bay sold for $3500.00 usd. This velosolex will only increase in value as time goes by.
