Scooter Mechanic

I’ve got a 2004 Yamaha BWS scooter with a 70 CC kit on it. It’s running really rough, something is vibrating in it & I don’t want to ride it to be safe. Brakes need to be done as well. Could use new tires and a couple other little things. Looking for someone who knows how to work on these. I’d be happy to do some upgrades on it as well. It’s my daily so the quicker the better.
