We are looking for a Sale representative and Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with a targeted market. The goal is to achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of sales and social media marketing roadmap. Requirements: *Design and execute strategies to maintain existing customers. *Promote the company's cleaning products and services in a strategic way to attract potential customers. *Visit and negotiate with customers; present the benefits of *Power Clean portfolio of good and services Develop long-lasting business relationships by making sure quality and consistency in the service is being delivered by the company´s standards. *Evaluate sales performance monthly to determine if results align with the goals proposed. *Close new sales contracts; expand business in the area. *Experience in social media marketing. *Excellent consulting, writing, editing ( photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. *Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. *Adequate knowledge of web design and web development ( may be required). *Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. *Good multitasking and organizational ability. *Fluency in English.
