$50,000 · WTB sailboat

Hi, I am looking for a 32-35 ft sailboat. I would prefer to have an aft cabin, aft head, and walk through style transom or sugar scoop. I am not picky about maker, but these features were not generally available until the early 1990s. If you have an ad up I have likely seen it, but feel free to contact me either way. Some work required is OK, budget to depend on condition. I have a nice 1990 Hunter 28 that I would consider trading/selling if you are downsizing. Thanks for reading.
