$40,000 · LF: Well maintained sailboat 35-37'

TL:DR Looking for a well maintained 35-37' sailboat with a skeg hung rudder and encapsulated keel. Hi! My name is Sam. My girlfriend and I currently live on our 1966 Islander 29 sailboat. We love the lifestyle, and now we are looking to upgrade to a larger boat. Right now we are both in school, myself in Business at Camosun and Ellery at UVIC for a double major in Environmental studies and Marine Biology. Darling (our boat) is fantastic, but too small for us both to live and study on. We have worked hard on refitting this boat, and are not afraid of work. However; we don't want something that needs as much work as we did again. Something that is ready to use and maintain would be ideal. We will live on this boat and cruise the Gulf islands, Discovery islands, Broughton islands, west coast of Vancouver Island, and potentially further. If you know of a vessel that doesn't exactly meet our criteria please let me know still! Our requirements are: Skeg hung rudder/fin keel or other protected rudder (3/4, full, etc). 35-37'. Will look at other sizes. Well kept. Doesn't need to be bristol, but good ship shape. Solid fibreglass layup in the hull, less balsa the better. No smells from holding tank or bilge Bright interior. Good liveaboard layout. Even better if it has: Recently replaced sails and rigging Kubota/Beta/universal diesel Dickinson Drip Diesel Heater Separate shower (stretch goal) Solar panels Propane BBQ ... We are flexible to make and models. We really just want to find a solid sailboat that is laid up well, sails good, is clean and comfortable, and is well maintained.
