Hi folks! Room available – September 1st or October 1st, 2025 (or somewhere in between) Short or long term - Furnished or unfurnished..... we can roll the dice on that one ;) Perhaps you are looking for a safe place to land until you find the right home for you or you are just in Victoria for a few months....or in a bit of a transition chapter… or perhaps you want to stick around for the long term... whatever your scenario....this is a great place to live! It took a lot of hard work to create such a wonderful dynamic! We are all in our 30's and 40’s and pretty independent folks. It's a quiet house but a friendly one! You may not see anyone for days! ;) Those who live here are all gems and have been here as long as 5 years and the shortest duration is 2 years (besides our wonderful short-term roomies that we have stay with us for a few months) so it’s a clear indication this environment works well and we're all on the same page :) The house is in Gordon Head near Hollydene beach Room available - $975 per month including ALL utilities. Sharing a bathroom with only one other roomie. The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, side table, lamp and there is the possibility I can assist with a few more items if needed. Also possible to have the room unfurnished. Flexible! Sorry, no furry friends due to allergies
