Our house is located in Saanich near UVIC. It's adjacent to a beautiful park, close to major bus routes, and is central to all amenities. It's a townhouse complex with well-kept landscaping. There is a fully-furnished kitchen and living room with new appliances, including a dishwasher and in-suite laundry. The house also features a patio with lots of sun. Rent is $1,250 (includes all utilities). Parking spot if required is also available.
