I am a mature female, with a down to earth personality and a good sense of humour. I currently rent one room to a female and looking to rent the third room to another female. Love to share morning chats and coffees, evenings watching tv, and the odd meal together. Bedroom is UNFURNISHED, with a closet, and will fit a double bed, a dresser, and a night table. Will share a full bathroom upstairs and a ½ bath downstairs. Rent includes utilities, FibreOp Wi-Fi, Telus cable boxes in the bedrooms, use of a full-size washer and dryer, furnished patio with BBQ, small grassy yard, and full supply kitchen (but feel free to bring your stuff too). A pet may be considered. On Route 14 to Vic General/UVIC; 2 min walk to Route 11; 5 min walk to Route 24, 25 & 46; 2 min walk to Gorge Park Waterway; 15-min drive to downtown, Hillside Mall, and to Langford. Rent is $950/month, plus a designated parking spot for $25/month. Please note that both me and the property management require references.
