$985 · Gordon Head room for rent (female preferred)

We’ve got an extra room in a beautiful place in Gordon Head, and are looking for a third female roommate! The place is a 5 minute drive and 12 minute bus ride to UVIC (with the bus stop right outside) and a 12 minute drive (~30 minute bus ride) to downtown. It’s walking distance to Tuscany village and is right next to a park. It’s very large and spacious, with 1.5 bathrooms, two working fireplaces, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and in suite private laundry. The place is furnished, unlike the photos, but the room will not be. The rent is $985 plus utilities. The lease is set for a year, so we’re looking for someone long-term. We are both homebodies, quiet and clean. We've been living together for the last 3 years and are looking for someone similar to ourselves. We enjoy spending time together but can get busy with our lives so we respect space and alone time. A bit about me and my roommate: Grace: I am about to complete my Psych bachelors and am taking a year off to apply for grad schools. I work at a pizza place(discount pizza for my roommates) and may be an RA in September . I like to read, watch movies, and I love to put together a good charcuterie board:) I cook but not as much as Chloe and I like to bake occasionally. I’m home most of the time. Chloe: I am finishing a degree in Environmental Studies, Psychology, and Business. I am currently working with a sustainability consultant firm that I’ll continue with after school. My hobbies include summer rock climbing, scuba diving, and PLANTS! I love to cook and bake bread, and am often out of the house for work and activities.
