Hi Victoria Folks, Room Available in a beautiful home - May 1st, 2024 (or sooner) (Prefer short term 3-6 months but not a deal breaker if you need longer or shorter) We are mature folks in our early to mid 40’s and one gal early 30’s. Those who live here are all gems and have been here as long as 4 years and the shortest duration is 2 years (besides our wonderful short-term roomie that we had stay with us for 4 months) so it’s a clear indication this environment works well and we're all on the same page :) The house is in Gordon Head near Hollydene beach area. Two potentially different options available so we will go with the one that sounds like best fit. We are not looking to fill both options at this time. One scenario – Room available - $950 per month including all utilities. FURNISHED. Sharing a bathroom with only one other gal. The house also comes with a spare, furnished room for all roomies to use if they have a guest visit. Another scenario - Room available - $950 per month including all utilities. UNFURNISHED.
