ROOMMATE WANTED - 1,100 sq ft Home to Share It’s a beautiful modern 2-bdrm condo in downtown Victoria. Easy walking everywhere. Yours is bedroom #2 but has its own full bathroom. $1,750/mth fully furnished or $1,500/mth unfurnished. Fully stocked kitchen, living & dining room as well as balcony w large bbq and in-suite laundry. Spectacular views and sunsets. All utilities included. Street parking if you’re using a vehicle - secure below ground lock up for a bicycle. Must be a long term agreement. Sadly cannot accommodate pets and building has strict rules against any version of smoking/vaping in units or on common property. If you’re interested, just send some background about yourself (eg. Occupation and normal weekly routine or lifestyle). I’m a professional who stays engaged by work, sport and travel. I also do a fair bit of local volunteer work. Although I’ve been happily solo here for a few years, for the right “fit” I’m very confident we’ll each be happy to share. I could accommodate a June 1st start, but would consider that negotiable - again for the right fit.
