We have one room available in a large house minutes from U-vic. House is on the 27 bus route and a two block walk to Mackenzie for many more busing options! The bedroom is equipped with a desk, build in storage, dresser, and double bed. (please note, this is a basement bedroom with walk out access). The house is equipped with two kitchens so it's not crowded cooking, two living room areas with TV's and one with a cozy fake fireplace. two bathrooms and dining spaces as well as a great bbq/hangout deck, a great fireplace area, and lounging chairs and a gardening area that's fenced in away from deer, this will be a great place to hang out in summer! The house is a mix of local and international people, we have students from Germany and Peru currently. Everyone is currently in school or working, and we have a small cat in the house as well. looking for a laid back roommate to join the house, we have a really chill group of people currently living here and I'm hoping we can find one more. Roommate is moving out April 20th so looking for May 1st move in at the latest.
