The room has previously been occupied by international university students but happy to accommodate someone that is quiet, respectful, and either working or in school. You would be living with myself (female who works from home for government full time), my 15 year old daughter, and 1 male international student (17 years old) from Korea. He will be graduating from high school in June. The 39 bus is nearby which can be taken to camosun/uvic. Walking distance to Nest Cafe, VGH, Eagle Creek Village (Starbucks, quality foods, etc). No parties, no vaping, no drugs, no pets.
