Hello potential roommate!! I currently have 1 room available my 3 bedroom home. Looking for clean, respectful and responsible people only. Work visas and exchange students welcome! I've previously rented to folks from Italy, Australia, France, Asia, Brazil and the UK. I'm Canadian myself and while I was born in Alberta, I grew up in BC. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk, chair and a couple lamps (see photos 4 and 5). There is some shelving in the closet as well. It is $750 per month and includes everything (Wi-Fi, hydro, laundry, parking etc.). The house includes one full bathroom to share as well as a large kitchen/living space. There is also an in-suite laundry room with space for bike storage and a basin sink. Free parking out front and along the street. Please note this is a non-smoking house, and no pets are allowed unfortunately. Smoking outside is permitted at the front of the residence.
