If you're looking for a quit, clean and peaceful place to call home, we are renting one bedrooms at our beautiful water front House. Available May First, for short term and up to 6 months. Possibility to renew. The bedroom is $1,485 (all inclusive). Fully furnished (TV, ... etc.), Private Bathroom, and lots of light. The room is for SINGLE occupancy only!!! Rent also includes an onsite parking spot, Shaw, storage in the garage (limited space), and some common use items (TP, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc.). - Month to month occupancy. First 90 days in the house are a trial period for all. This will be an opportunity for us all to become familiar with one another and our living habits and ensure the right fit for the house and each of us as individuals. - No pets, but a well behaved cat is welcome 🐈 - No smoking on the property - No heavy drinking You'll be living with 1 boy roommate. Roommate guidelines: 1. Quite time is 8pm to 7am - Except for special occasions discussed with other roommates 2. Don't borrow without asking 3. Do you periodic cleaning chores 5. Respect others space and privacy 6. No parties nor gatherings of any sort. 7. Clean up your messes please. Clean up dishes and kitchen after cooking -Put away personal belongings if not in use. 8. Kitchen is single use. Give your roommates their space when they are cooking. 9. Recycling and composting must be done. 10. If the trash bin, compost, or recycling is full, please take it out 11. Keep your hands off other persons food 12. Respect the need for quiet time 14. Deal with problems quickly - don't hold back on bringing up concerns or adding new house rules. It's best to be open and deal with issues right away to avoid problems High-end mansion right off the water located by Admirals and Craigflower Rd, with private dock on the Gorge and lots of exotic palm trees in the back yard. The house is a 10 minute-walk from all amenities like Canadian Tire, Thrifty Food, a pharmacy and a bus stop that goes downtown (15mns drive). Contact me for pictures and more details.
