Seeking Roommates

Hey everyone! We are seeking 2 roommates for our basement suite. Available August 15th. What we are offering: 1 bedroom suite with private bathroom, kitchen, living room and small green space. Living room could easily be converted into a small second bedroom. We are a family of four with quiet hours between 7:30am and 10:00pm and are seeking someone quiet, respectful and clean. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Perfect for serious students and/ or couples/ people happy to share a room. Asking $1900 for two people per month plus a proportional percentage of utilities.
