Person wanted to split upper suite in Langford near Goldstream Village (Goldstream & Millstream) - $850 all-in / everything included. Two people in total. Location / Details: Goldstream & Millstream. Master bedroom with 1/2 bathroom (toilet/sink). Shared shower in main bathroom. Two people total (myself and yourself) in a three B/R upper of house on a side-street. All utilities and WIFI included. Good appliances, big deck, laundry. Close to transit, shopping and amenities. Only a 3 or 4 minute walk to "downtown Langford" on Goldstream. Easy access to Hwy 1 for those who work in town. One bus ride to Royal Roads. Information: Your master bedroom faces the backyard, and is the most tranquil one in the suite. Full window for excellent sun. Decent-sized closet. You'd be sharing an entire 3-bedroom upper of a house with one other person. Additional: Would greatly prefer someone "mature-ish" in nature, but all applicants will be considered. I would describe the atmosphere as "casual and respectful". Would suit a working person or student. I am a long-time professional musician, but never play loud or late. I currently use the living room as a music room, but if you have furniture it can easily be rearranged to suit. The following is important: you MUST be either fully vaccinated against COVID, or at least have had your first shot, and firmly planning on getting your second. I am extremely COVID-safe and have been since this started. No Trumpers, conspiracy theorists or other deniers, please. I will not budge on this. Any guests right now will have to be carefully considered. For the time being, no people may visit without either being masked or vaccinated. This will of course change as we move through the stages of COVID protocols. Having a safe home is the primary concern. No heavy drinkers either, please. Available mid-August to September 1st. Your room will be freshly painted, therefore I will need a bit of time to prep everything. Available for viewing mid-August. Looking for someone long-term and stable.
