Looking for one person to share a suite in our home. The second bedroom is occupied by a male. We are located walking distance to Arbutus Cove, and is close to all major bus routes and amenities. Uvic is a 20 minute walk. The suite is unfurnished and is in a brand new house. All utilities are included, such as hydro, water, heat and internet. The occupants of the two rooms will jointly share a kitchen, full bathroom, and living room. The Laundry is adjacent to the suite and is included in the rent. The rent is $800 per month, month to month and no lease. No percentage on utilities. The house is located on a private and quiet area, and a 4 minute walk to the ocean. We are looking for a mature person who is a non-smoker of any kind, non-partier, and a non - drug user of any kind. Also, no pets. The suite is available on June 15th.
