$800 · Roommate wanted for 2bdrm home, Denman St

Hello:) I'm looking for a roommate for this rustic cottage-style home (Aug 1st). The room available has lots of light and huge windows. The house sits on a large property with lots of trees and a garden. There is electric heat, a wood stove and pets are welcome. I am/will be busy completing my teaching certificate in the coming year so I will not be around much and would like someone that is clean, respectful and easy going. You can expect the same from me. The landlord has no problem fixing appliances etc that have broken but does not put much work into the exterior of the house, hence the "rustic" designation. However, it's cozy and homey on the inside and I've been quite happy here for over a year. Laundry, lots of storage and parking. Look forward to hearing from you:)
