ANIÁN brand representatives   are champions at educating customers about the circular fashion and post-consumer waste textile salvaging practices at ANIÁN. They are responsible for an enjoyable and engaging shopping experience one interaction at a time. THE OPPORTUNITY AT ANIÁN As the face of ANIÁN you are responsible for creating a positive connection with new and long-term customers to ensure they get into the right products. You will learn about ANIÁN’s unique manufacturing and bring awareness of this process. You will support the creation and implementation of in store events and community engagement initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Obtain a strong understanding of ANIÁN’s products and effortlessly include this information in all interactions. -Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience -Create Brand awareness by supporting store leadership with projects and initiatives -Maintain an open and collaborative relationship with the store team and leadership WHO IS THIS PERSON: -Confident, outgoing and self motivated -Outstanding Team Player -Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills -Strong Organization and Time-Management Skills -Customer Service Oriented -Flexible to work Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends -Our ideal candidate has strong knowledge of our brand, is committed to creating a fun & safe work environment and is eager to help go beyond the call for our rapidly growing business.
