Job description We are a motorcycle apparel and accessories store. We are a family owned business that is looking to hire a store Manager for our location in Victoria. We are looking for someone that is able to manage the store full time and has knowledge of the motorcycle industry and leather. Manager will be responsible for: Organization of the Store Advertising the store Creating customer loyalty Keeping the store clean Managing staff and creating hours Doing sales and meeting sales targets Training staff Enforcing that nothing is stolen from the store The minimum requirements for applicants are: 3 years of sales experience High-school diploma Punctual Hard working Responsible Self motivated Have knowledge of Microsoft word Excel Online Ads Facebook marketplace and other marketing and organizing platforms Benefits and commission available conditionally after 3 months Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00 per hour
