I'm looking for someone once or twice a week to spend several hours preparing meals for the week. Either at my place or I can drop off ingredients and pick up the prepared meals after. I eat a high protein, low/moderate carb and moderate fat diet. Some examples of food I'd like prepared: - Grass fed beef, including ground, roasts and ribs - Chicken thighs and breasts - Organic vegetables - Wild salmon and other fish Some restaurant kitchen experience would be ideal but if you're just a good cook then that's totally fine too. I'm not picky just really busy, so if you have expertise in a particular type of cuisine that'll work just fine. Negotiable hourly rate, let me know what you think is fair!
