2 Bakery Positions Available at Gluten-Free Bakery

Two BoH positions available at Origin Gluten Free Bakery in Oak Bay. Position #1: Full time Mon-Fri 4am - 12:30pm Bread-maker's Assistant. Duties include making muffins, scones, quiche, sandwiches, dishes, cleaning, assisting breadmaker. Basic math skills, heavy lifting, punctuality REQUIRED. Position #2: Part time Fri and Sat 2pm-8pm PLUS additional day/afternoon shifts as needed. Prep and Closer. Duties include vegetable and meat prep, scaling, dishes, receiving inventory orders, cleaning, closing the kitchen, additional tasks as needed. Must be independent, focused, reliable.
