$1269 1 bedroom & 1 Living Room Summer Sublet (Aug 1 to Sept 30)

I am looking for someone clean and tidy to sublet my one living-room and one-bedroom apartment for two months, from August 1 to September 30, 2022. The location is convenient for people who commute to downtown, UVic, Camosun (two campuses) and uptown. It is also convenient for people who want to go to Swartz Bay Ferry or transit to other places. Because it is close to the following bus stops: #6, #4, #9, #21, #22, #72, #70, #51, #30, #31, etc. The apartment is close to Quadra Village, so it is convenient to visit Fairway, Pharmacy, Thrift Stores, Clinic and various restaurants and cafes like Part and Parcel, Gigi and Fantastico. It has a balcony where you can enjoy the sun in summer, have some plants, or leave your bike there. If you want to have a walk, there are two parks close to you. As this place I call home, I hope to find the appropriate person to sublet it for two months. The rent is $1268.75 per month and includes: 1. Semi-furnished: A futon sofa, a full-size bed with mattress and frame, a bedside table, a side table, chairs, a table, a standing clothes rack, etc. 2. Kitchen appliances include bowls, cups, kettle, cooking utensils, pans, rice cooker, microwave, stove, refrigerator etc. 3. Free hot water and free heat Please note: 1. I have my wifi and BC Hydro. If you want to use mine, the rent will be increased accordingly ($40.21 for wifi per month. I don't use much electricity, and BC hydro is less than $30. If you use more electricity, your bill of BC Hydro will be different). If you use your wifi and BC Hydro, I am ok with it. 2. The subtenant MUST buy the Tenant insurance (it is not expensive, and you can check with the insurance to see if they provide a discount to your employer or your schools/colleges/universities.) 3.
