$800 · One furnished bedroom for rent in shared mobile home available June 1

Hello, I will have a room for rent in my mobile home. I am asking 800/mth utilities, wifi and insuite laundry included. It is currently furnished and you would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with the owner (me). Sorry no dogs allowed but open to most any other type of animal. I do have an older siamese cat that is a total love and will talk your ear off if you let her. My ideal tenant would be someone that is either working full time or always out and about during the day as I am an online student so I study during the day. There is no smoking in the house, but I do have a small porch where you can sit and smoke/toke/vape. There is garden space out back available to use and one parking spot.
