Subletting one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment, located near downtown between Fernwood and Cook st village! Available May 1st - September 1st, dates can be flexible for the right person. Apartment is on the second floor, with a washer and dryer in the building. Grocery stores are a 7 minute walk away. Bus routes 27, 28, 2 and 5 to downtown are a block away, and the 14, 15 and 11 to UVic are a few minutes away. The living room is south facing and has sun pretty much all day, the bedroom gets sun in the morning. Rent is $1230 including laundry but wifi and hydro are extra. Your roommate will be a female student in her early 20s doing an internship over the summer. Unfortunately the building doesn’t allow pets. Email with a bit about yourself and any questions!
