If you like my townhouse and I like you, I will rent the room you prefer to you, and then work with you to find a second person we can both agree on. There are 2 BR and 1.5 baths. the mbr will rent for more. I haven't decided on final rental price, but the range will be 1100 to 1500 each according to which room and what the taxes and fees are going to look like. Earliest availability probably March, but if you need sooner and are willing to help me move my belongings out and do some repairs and upgrades, we can work out radically reduced rent until then. You'd only be able to move in with a suitcase during that time. Clarification: unoccupied and furnished now. for rent to two guys each with his own lease with me. looking to start with one person and jointly find the second. I don't live there now and won't be a housemate, so there's no second-class share situation where the rules apply to you but not the owner you are living with.
