We have a small garden studio for rent in Fernwood just minutes from Fernwood Square, Fernwood Inn, restaurants, theatres, shops and a cafe. We are looking for ONE mature tenant, non smoker and non vaper. The studio has a small kitchen area with an induction hot plate, fridge and toaster oven. There’s a sleeping loft up a small ladder. The bathroom has a small shower but no tub. We will installing new flooring. The laundry and garden are shared with our lovely tenants. Includes hot water, not heat. Sorry, no pets.
