I have a spacious furnished 1 bedroom that sits empty half the time as I come and go to Nanaimo. I'm looking for the right fit to offer it up for someone in a similar situation, who maybe regularly commutes for work contracts to Victoria but has their home base elsewhere on the island.. It's a quiet building with older residents so I'm looking for a quiet and clean individual who won't draw attention to themselves but just needs a crash pad. I still live there so it's not an official rental agreement, you'd be my guest while I'm away. We would have to coordinate days for the month upfront. Charged nightly for total flexibility and I can work around your schedule as best I can. Cook street village area, no pets. limited street parking. Would like to meet first and try it for a month and see how it goes.
