Here's some information about the suite: - in suite laundry - includes utilities - includes 24 h access to the internet via cable connection and wifi from 8:30 am to 9 pm - one good sized bedroom - one smaller bedroom that may be better suited as a studio or office (our bedroom is right above this room) - bathroom has stand-up shower What we're looking for: - a friendly couple or small family - no pets (due to allergies) - eco-conscious (i.e. composting, recycling and not using strong chemicals or scented products as we share the air. - long term commitment (1 year lease) There is the potential for rent offset through gardening or house maintenance. Available July 1st or sooner About us: We're a family of three living upstairs. Our interests include permaculture, herbalism, disc golf, reading, hiking and cultivating joy.
