Spacious suite on the lower floor. I live upstairs and have a 9 year old daughter who is with me on a week on week off basis. The home is near Finlayson and Cook and the property is fenced in with beautiful gardens surrounding it. I am willing to have a cat on the property, no dogs please. The suite has good storage. The ceilings are a bit lower, so tall folks should look elsewhere! There is street parking, and there are stairs leading up from the road. Prospective tenants should be able to manage stairs with groceries. There is lane way access for moving in without the trouble of stairs. For one person, Hydro is 1/3 of the bill. Water is included. Sounds of family life upstairs to be expected, but my kid is in bed by 9pm (at the latest!) so quiet after that :) I am looking for a quiet and reliable tenant with work reference. Available June1st or July 1st. I am showing the suite this weekend.
