We have a large two bedroom suite for rent which backs onto French Beach park in Shirley which is 20 minutes west of Sooke. It has it's own laundry, private entrance and lots of storage. It’s a beautiful property with quiet owners living upstairs. Steps to French Beach and a short drive to Jordan River. We prefer a single quiet occupant and the price is $1500 per month including electricity, internet, garbage pickup etc... We may consider two occupants but the price would increase for that option and there is only parking for one vehicle. Cats only considered thank you. Available for May 15
