Ideal tenant seeking bright quiet suite

Hi. After 24 years renting mostly in Fairfield and Oak Bay, I am on the move to a new home. I am a university graduate with an interest in positive psychology. I work full-time and enjoy being active, especially walking in the forest or at the beach. I volunteer in the community, currently working with an active little boy once a week. I am seeking a bright, quiet, non-smoking space to rent, unfurnished with some closet/storage space for camping gear. Ideally with treed yard, some green space, windows, and wood or tiled floors. If you have something that may suit, and want a reliable renter please reach out! I treat the places I rent as carefully as I would my own home. I am a considerate neighbour and respectful tenant with excellent references. I would love an affordable 1 bedroom garden or carriage suite. Ideally near Fairfield, Gonzales area, but really open to going further afield for a good fit….Greater Victoria, Esquimalt, Saanich, UVic etc!!
