4 Bedroom Rental Wanted

We are 4 womxn looking for a home to rent in Victoria or nearby surrounding areas (ie Esquimalt and Saanich). We are in search of a 4 bedroom partially furnished or unfurnished house with space (either privately or on the street) for some parking. Ideally, we would like to find a detached home with outdoor space. We all have plans to stay in Victoria for at least 2 years so signing a 1 year lease would be great but we could also do month to month. We are hoping to find a place by November 1st! A little about us: We are all in our mid to late 20’s/early 30’s. 3 of us are working professionals in our respective fields of retail management, human resources, and hospitality and one of us is a student at the University of Victoria. We are all experienced renters who are mature, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. We are all non smokers with no pets (and no intention of acquiring any). We do the majority of our socializing outside of the living space as we like to keep our home quiet and clean. As tenants we are very respectful of the space and would never alter anything permanently without explicit permission. We are friendly, kind, and responsible and we want to live in your house! (If it meets our criteria of course). We realize that the market in Victoria is quite competitive at the moment and we are willing to pay up to 6 months rent up front to secure our spot.
