What it needs: - A headliner. Its got a carpet shag thing that needs refreshing. - The cavitation plate on the lower unit on the F250 took a bonk last May. No water in gear oil, no other damage. I have a low hour replacement lower unit to go with the boat. 8 bolts to swap it out and a welder can repair the old one for you so you've got a spare. I can swap the unit for you for full asking price. Has had a couple marine industry pro owners over the last 20 years so the boat has been really well cared for.
