All of the Boyds Bearly Built Villages are now retired. This piece is dated 2000, in excellent condition from non-smoking household. Matthew's Bungalow is one of the harder to find pieces in this village set. It has 3 pieces. Roof opens up to show Matthew with his telescope, which is removable. Includes original box (but not styrofoam) and certificate of citizenship,
