Hi there, I am Naina Agarwal , a full time student at Royal Roads University. I am an Organised , goal oriented and reliable professional able to strategise and prioritise effectively to accomplish multiple tasks. Currently looking for part time opportunities and available to work 20 hours per week. I want to effectively utilise my skills and enhance my understanding of Canadian culture. I have Sales Representative and Data entry support work-experience in Heritage Fresh and Big Bazar back in my home country , India and below were my roles and responsibilities. ~Educating members on the benefits of "Golden Membership and "Silver Membership" card schemes ~Answered customer queries over phone regarding ongoing and upcoming promotions Settled customer disputes in a cordial and amicable manner ~Helped customers in locating and choosing best products which fits their needs. ~Greeted customers with smile and encouraged them to provide on their shopping experience. ~Complete all assigned data entry requests and task within required timeframes while maintaining a high level quality. ~Contact customers to resolve any issues on their source data ~Conducted secure follow up calls to acquire clarification on missing data from clients I have also worked for Multinational Firms like Tech Mahindra Ltd and Deloitte USI as Automation Lead and open to take up any relevant or freelancing work as well.
