I am the original owner, bought in Victoria around 1982. It is in need of a new rocker on/off switch. I don’t know why the switch gave out, as this amp has only seen very light usage over the 43 years I have owned it. I tried to find a replacement rocker switch but I am not confident enough with power and was intimidated once I removed the switch. Other than the rocker switch needing replacement, this amp has sounded the same as when i first turned it on.turned on.
