I bought this new at the end of last year (2023) for a band I was starting. That fizzled out quicker than I could even use it in that setting. So, it's been sitting here, only being played a couple of times. This isn't a great bedroom amplifier, thought the 50/100 watt switch helps tame the beast and you can get a great sound at bedroom levels, but it's meant to ROCK. It sounds really nice, but it's just too much for me right now. $555 - Marshall 2x12 Cabinet - The speakers inside are these rare Celestion speakers called 'Wolverine'. They're 80 watts each (160 watts total), 2x 8 Ohm speakers wired in series at 4 Ohms. Speakers get mixed reviews. Don't they all? Cab is in good shape. Speakers are in good shape. Sweet white tolex wrapped around a beefy 2x12 enclosure. $1600 If Bought Together. $150 - PINE Tube Amp. Added 3 prong cord, speaker out (used to be hardwired in). The speakers don't seem to be working right now, but plugging it into a cab, the amp does work. This is OLD and needs work. It hums as it needs it's capacitors changed. One of the speakers is in rough shape, but when it was working, it actually sounds killer. Well, I don't want to sell it, because it rules. It's the best octave up fuzz, with another simple fuzz pushing it. The original pedal is just the octave up fuzz. I added the bazz fuss circuit, which has a volume knob and switch to go from full-range to a more upper-mid range. 2. $60 - Treble Boost with 3 selectable frequency ranges. Full, mid, treble.
