Maintenance Assistant

What we Offer: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30pm(start and end times are flexible) $17.00 an hour plus increase after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period Daily Lunch included as a taxable benefit On-the-job training Description: Responsible for a variety of tasks that include heavy lifting and building maintenance work. The ideal candidate has the following skills and attributes: Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. Is motivated and takes pleasure in doing well on the job Has a positive, professional attitude Has an eye to detail and assures that the whole job is complete Is reliable and able to work with minimal supervision Is flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities Communicates clearly, effectively and respectfully Is trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
