This matching set is good quality Elite Furniture brand made in Canada. Perfect for your basement or cottage! The cushions are firm in great condition, no rips or tears anywhere, but the leather has faded-was sepia colour. We have some leather conditioner that you can have it just needs to be applied, and brings back a bit of life to these. Couch is quite long and works really well for sleeping. Couch dimensions approx 96" wide by 36 height and 36 depth. nail head trim on arms both pieces. Love seat is 72" wide by 36 height and 36 depth. Take one or both of these!! Heavy-bring muscle.
