Super comfortable and kept in excellent condition, no kids, no pets, no smoking. Just selling due to a move. Seats 3 but compact enough for a great apartment size or condo size. Soft, durable, easy care leather. Solid beech wood legs. A few minor scuffs as shown from the first time it was moved as the movers didn't protect it :( Pillows not included :) Size is width: 81.5" × depth: 37.5" × height: 34.5" Unfortunately cannot deliver.
