We are looking for a Full Time multi-role player as case processing agent, administrative assistant co-ordinator in our company. Responsibilities: - Preparing immigration documents and building cases - Following up for client’s documents - Tracking application status - Contacting CIC offices regarding cases - Facing clients to review their immigration documents and answer their questions - Undertaking other miscellaneous tasks assigned - Ability to prepare completed immigration files by downloading and accurately filling forms, preparing additional information, submission letters and supporting documents as per the specific immigration programs. - Ability to draft letters and correspondence independently with strong interpersonal and communicational skills in English. - Taking care of clients' billing and financials Qualifications: - Graduated with Bachelor Degree - Must be bi-lingual in English (IELTS G:7) and Chinese, because 90% of our clients are Mandarin speakers - Understand business plan writing and business finance structure - Must be legal to work in Canada with open work permit, or PR, or Canadian - Familiar with social media promotion - Familiar with MS Office suite - Have good knowledge in immigration regulations and laws - Flexible working hours Please submit your resume in English and Mandarin (请提交中文简历), or your application will be refused.
