$20 · Contracted Controller Service for Small Businesses

We help small businesses to grow responsibly by providing them with the guidance of a controller at a cost they can afford. We provide full-service bookkeeping (A/R, A/L, GL, Payroll, Inventory) PLUS controller services such as: + analysis of expenses + cost-benefit analysis of new projects, capital purchases, etc. + optimization of route scheduling if applicable + analysis of pricing + budget preparation + routine preparation and analysis of financial statements + analysis of wage and salary costs + analysis of employee retention issues + other tasks and projects as they are required or arise We charge a ridiculously low fee of $20 per hour for the first month while we get to know your business and what will be required of us. After the first month, we will work with you to come up with a list of responsibilities that you will require us to perform and a compensation scheme that you can afford, be it an hourly rate or a fixed monthly fee. We do NOT provide corporate income tax preparation services.
