Blueberry Pickers Needed

Time to hire some pickers. We are looking for blueberry pickers for the upcoming 2022 Blueberry Season. The season typically starts by mid-July, however with the cool spring, we are likely looking at starting in the latter half of July and likely ending by late August. Shifts will be available daily running from 9:00am until mid-afternoon. Please let us know your availability, The job is weather dependent so we will not be picking if it is raining. We will work to get everyone out as much as we can, but if we have an excess of pickers, we will favour the ones who can pick fast while maintaining quality. You will be out in the sun and standing most of the day. This is a physical job, as you will be reaching overhead quite often and carrying a bucket to put your berries in (not likely to exceed 6 lbs) Wasps do tend to be present in the fields so please do not apply if you have severe allergies. Pay is by the pound. The more you pick, the more you make. We do look for quality and will work with you to provide feedback on how to improve. No smoking, drinking, or drugs while on farm property.
