Short term rental turnover cleaner

Hello, we are looking for a short-term rental turnover cleaner for a very small one bedroom suite (350 square feet). This suite typically takes 2-3 hours to complete (depends on laundry wait time) and we pay $60 as a flat fee. We provide a checklist. Current dates that cleaning are needed are July 30, August 7, 11, and 15. Opportunity for additional cleaning if interested.
